01 COLLABORATION & PLANNING
Each customer is assigned a dedicated sales manager, designer, and customer service representative to work with them throughout every stage of the process.
02 PART DESIGN
Product design is just as crucial to the success of a project as process development. Our team of skilled designers ensures that designs meet all requirements for performance, functionality, and aesthetics.
03 RAPID PROTOTYPING
Our design staff takes initial designs and creates a 3D printed mold to put samples in our customer’s hands in days instead of weeks.
04 MATERIAL SELECTION
Material selection is an important part of the integrity of a package. We have extensive material knowledge, as well as strong relationships with material suppliers to offer the best solution for your project.
05 TOOL DESIGN & FABRICATION
Our internal tool design and fabrication department use top-quality materials and precision machinery to produce and maintain our customer’s tools.
06 CLEAN ROOM MANUFACTURING
Our two ISO Class 7 cleanrooms offer combined 37,000 sq. ft. of state-of-the-art injection molding, thermoforming, and robotics technology.
